WATT - a new Danish Power-Pop band

WATT- a new retro-inspired power-pop band formed in Copenhagen at the start of 2009 based around the song-writing partnership of Jesper Johnsson on vocals, guitar and keyboards and Klaus Benzen on guitar and vocals, and supplemented by Martin Dale on bass and vocals and Peter Stokkebye on drums.
Inspired by the great British guitar bands, they set out to create a stream of melodic and catchy guitar based pop songs, with a nod to the sixties in the sound.
Live, they deliver an exciting and extrovert show with their lively songs complimented by visual effects and an abundance of energy and charisma.
